Hello! My name is Josh Olson, and I am the All-Star Program Director at Pro Cheer. I have been coaching cheerleading at all different levels for over a decade. I was a competitive diver for Prattville High School and was the Alabama State High School Dive Champion in 2006. I started my cheerleading career in All-Stars at Top Dog All-Stars in Montgomery, AL. After graduating from High School, I attended the University of Hawaii on a cheerleading scholarship, and was on the island for a year before moving to Tuscaloosa to attend the University of Alabama. I cheered for the University of Alabama for 5 years, winning a National title in 2011 at UCA College National Championships. I enjoyed some of the best game day experiences, and was there to cheer on the Alabama football team to 3 NCAA championship football titles. While in Tuscaloosa I coached at Cheer Authority for 6 years before merging with ACE Cheer Company. I then took on the position of All-star director at ACE of Tuscaloosa. I held that position for three years before moving here to become the All-Star director at Pro Cheer. I am USASF certified levels 1-5, and have worked with all levels including college. During the 2014-15 competition season I was an assistant coach for the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Exercise Science concentrating in Nutrition, Fitness, and Coaching/Sport Skills.
